“The scale and growth potential of the Chinese market is unparalleled. With the innovation-driven development strategy, China's overall innovation ecosystem is expected to continue to maintain its momentum of evolvement. We also see that China is set to establish a favorable environment that encourages clinical value-oriented innovation, which will stimulate the market to continue unleashing its vitality,” said Jens Hoeyer, Managing Director of Lundbeck China, in a recent interview with SFC.

Jens noted that the Chinese market has been continuously evolving in the process of reform and opening up, which has brought profound impact to multinational companies including Lundbeck, adding that China's determination to high-level opening-up reaffirms Lundbeck's confidence in long-term development in China.
