“Traditional industries also hold tremendous potential and opportunities.”Zhang Liang, the Deputy to the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress, Vice President of Vipshop pointed out the vitality of traditional industries which needs to be reinvigorated during the interview with SFC. 

He considered that the textile and apparel industry, as one of Guangdong's strategic pillar industries, has a solid foundation and strong capabilities.“I believe that the fashion apparel industry represents new growth points, poles, and belts.”

For stimulating market consumption and corporate production, he suggested introducing special policies to boost consumption, building brand penetration, and accelerating digital transformation.
