The 2025 Understanding China Conference is being held from November 30 to December 2 in Guangzhou.

Wolfgang Schüssel, Former Chancellor of Austria, told SFC journalists that the bilateral trade volume between Europe and China has undergone tremendous changes over the past 50 years. Regarding China-Europe cooperation, he emphasized that more focus should be placed on the future—including key areas such as bioscience and quantum mechanics-related fields, both of which hold enormous potential.

“I believe all exchanges between scientists, students, as well as civilian interactions are welcome.”
